Pisang Penyet atau Pisang Geprek

Bahan-bahan

  • 2 buah pisang barangan atau pisang kepok
  • 2 sdm butter
  • secukupnya keju parut
  • secukupnya coklat meises
  • secukupnya susu kental manis
  • minyak goreng

  2. Langkah

  •   Panaskan minyak goreng dan margarin hingga meleleh, lalu goreng pisang hingga berwarna keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan.

    eprek pisang menggunakan ulekan lalu tabur cokalt meises, susu kental manis dan keju parut diatasny. 
  •   Piasang geprek siap disajikan selagi hangat saat sarapan atau cemilan.
